October 12th, 1996. 7th-ranked Tennessee takes on Georgia in Athens. Peyton Manning proves to be a one-man wrecking crew against the Bulldogs. Manning finds Joey Kent for one score and then, on a quarterback sneak, Manning bounces off the pile scrambles to his right and fires a touchdown to Marcus Nash. Manning would finish with 371 yards for the night as the Vols win over Georgia 29-17.
